Please come to our office at Plattenstrasse 11, 8032 Zurich, and check in at the front desk.
To save time, you can bring the medical history form with you already filled out.

We would be happy to schedule an appointment at our office for further treatment. However, please note that we are unable to perform repairs on orthodontic work done by outside providers.
During your initial consultation, there may be costs that must be paid directly on site (e.g., for X-rays). Pain management and emergency treatments are billed at the standard dental rate. Please refer to the information on fees and payment.
